Our Joint YOUTH GROUP meets Wednesday evenings
from 7-8:15pm
at First United Church
(7 Curtis Street).
All Youth in Grades 6-12 are welcome to attend!
THURSDAY AFTERNOONS
Please, join us for a friendly game of EUCHRE
Thursdays at 1:30pm
in the Fellowship Hall.
We will meet on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of every month
(April 11 & 25).
Bring a friend!
Beverages and snacks will be served at 3:00pm.
THURSDAY EVENINGS
CHOIR PRACTICE at 7:00pm
Our Music Director

leading the choir.

Central’s Memorial Gardens
Spring Clean-up
Friday, May24th at 9:30am.
If you can spare some time,
please bring your own gardening tools such as buckets, trowels, shovels, etc.
There will be food & beverages afterward.
The Central’s Gardens are a blessing for the church family,
as well as those who pass by.
Mother’s Day is dedicated to celebrating the remarkable women who have shaped our lives.
Special donations for Centrals Memorial Gardens are a tribute to our mothers (and fathers).
Please indicate ‘In Honour of’ or ‘In Memory of’ the special women
in your life with your donation.
To Central Ladies…
You’re invited to a Tea Party! Wednesday May 1st
6:30pm – 7:30pm.
Our Sparks groups are having a ‘Tea Party’ for the women of Central. They will be serving tea and goodies as a ‘Thank you’
for allowing them to use
Central’s facilities.
EARTH DAY EXCITEMENT!! EVERYONE IS INVITED (AND BRING YOUR FRIENDS TOO)! Sunday April 21st 1:30 pm - Meet in the Parking Lot at First United.
In recognition of Earth Day, we will do a property clean up starting at First and later at Central (if there is time).
Bring: • Reusable beverage
containers – Water will be provided. • Proper footwear
• Gloves if you have them
• Grabbers if you have them Garbage and recycling/composting containers will be provided.
Safety will be important for all participants.
This is the first activity of a new environmental group at First and Central! Come and join us to kick off this new adventure!
