Providing a Helping Hand Year Round
Coffee Break Fundraiser with all proceeds donated to the Alzheimer Society.
Caring Cupboard Food Bank. Three times a year members of the congregation are asked for donations.
White Gift Sunday. All items donated by the congregation go to Christmas Care
Daisy of Hope Campaign: White plastic daisies are sold to raise money for Second Stage Housing and Violence Against Women
Rummage & Yard Sales: (Spring & Autumn) to raise money for various community charities such as the Upper Room Devotional and the Community Dinners
Coat Collection: Warm coats, boots, hats, scarves and mittens are collected and delivered to the Salvation Army for special distribution.
Valleyview Nursing Home Tuck Shop: Volunteers go every 2nd Friday and 4th Saturday of the month.
Blue Umbrella Program: We are a dementia friendly church. Our congregation has taken the training from the Alzheimers Society and strives to make our church a friendly, welcoming experience for those who are challenged.

Many Seniors often find it difficult to access information to assist them when the need for more care for themselves, a spouse, family member or friend arises. Our Senior Care Needs Package can be helpful in locating the resources you need. Simply download the pdf file below.
